My ISP uses Dynamic IP as WAN port connection, but when I connect GN-BR01G to the cable modem, the SmartSetup3 always detects the WAN port connection as Static IP. And I don’t have any Internet connection, what can I do?
If the SmartSetup3 does not detect correct WAN port connection type, please kindly login to the web management of GN-BR01G to configure WAN port connection manually. For more detail, please kindly refer to the user manual page 16-19.
