My GM-W9C was hanged on when the receiver is installed. Is there a problem with the device itself?
GM-W9C is not plug and play device with PC/NB, therefore, please make sure you’ve detect the ID bottom of receiver & mouse, and make sure your batteries has installed correct position, for details process please refer to the user manual.
